Registration for admissions for the academic year 2007-08 has commenced. Application forms are issued at school premises between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Saturday. Application Forms can also be downloaded from here and printed. While submitting the downloaded application form, a fee of Rs 1000 will have to be paid by cash or D.D drawn in favour of New Vision-The Concept School, Khammam.

Age for Admission:
•	For admissions for the academic year 2007-08, the following age norms shall be strictly followed.
•	Admission to Nursery: Born on or before 31st December 2004l
•	Admission to L.K.G: Born on or Before March 31st 2004
•	Admission to U.K.G: Born on or Before March 31st 2003
•	Admission to I Standard: Born on or Before March 31st 2002

Admission Procedure
New Vision welcomes enquiry from parent(s) and guardian(s). A certain level of academic achievement is expected for admission to the school so that the child can cope with and enjoy his/her stay at New Vision Concept School.

The admissions will be available for the following levels:
•	Nursery, KG I and KG II, Class I, II, III (Day Boarding Only)
•	Class IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and XI (Both Day Boarding and Boarding)
•	Before any boy or girl can be considered for admission, parents are requested to submit the required documents and follow the admission procedure.

Criteria for admissions to different levels are as follows:
•	Nursery to KG 2-Direct Admission
•	Class 1 to 3- General Aptitude test
•	Class 4 to 10-Entrance test

Aptitude/Entrance Test:
Once the application of the candidate has been submitted, the applicant will be required to undertake an Entrance Test of one hour's duration in curricular subjects like English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science based on the syllabus in the previous class to the grade in which he/she seeks admission. There is no special preparation the applicant has to undergo before appearing for the Aptitude/ Entrance Tests. The Test can be taken on any working day at The New Vision-The Concept School, Khammmam.

Provisional Admission:
Selected candidates will be given Provisional Admission and intimated of the same. Selection is based strictly on the performance of the student in the Aptitude Test/ Entrance Test. In case a student is put on waiting list for admission, it does not carry with it a guarantee of Admission. Successful candidates will be given Admission only after completing the necessary formalities.

How to Apply?
The decision for admission will be based on the information provided in the application form as well as on the performance of students in the Aptitude /Entrance tests (As applicable). Application form for admission should be submitted at the School Office duly filled along with the relevant documents

Documents required for Day Boarders:
•	The following documents will be required at the time of submitting the Application form.
•	Copy of the Birth Certificate (From Municipal Corporation only).
•	Copy of Marks Sheet of the last examination in the previous school.
•	Students for X Standard should produce 9th Standard marks sheet issued by the respective Board along with Migration Certificate and Character/Conduct Certificate.
•	Details of the Local Guardian in a separate sheet of paper, indicating the name, relationship, address, telephone Number, FAX No and Email ID.
•	10 passports size photographs (Color) with its negative.
•	Transfer Certificate/School leaving Certificate (in original) from the school in which the student last studied within 15 Days of his/her joining the school.

Documents required for Boarders:
•	Copy of the Birth Certificate (From Municipal Corporation only).
•	Copy of Marks Sheet of the last examination in the previous school.
•	Students for X Standard should produce 9th Standard marks sheet issued by the respective Board along with Migration Certificate and Character/Conduct Certificate.
•	Details of the Local Guardian in a separate sheet of paper, indicating the name, relationship, address, telephone Number, FAX No and Email ID.
•	A medical form duly filled and signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner/Physician.
•	10 passports size photographs (Color) with its negative.
•	Certificate of undertakings duly signed (Enclosed in the application form).
•	Transfer Certificate/School leaving Certificate (in original) from the school in which the student last studied within 15 Days of his/her joining the school.
